Poem: Someone_Told
By, John Krozel Jr.

I've been told by someone,
That one day my hard work and my everything will pay off in the end.

I am pushing myslef so hard,
Push my buttons, Push me hard.

I am so hard on myself,
I am expressive with my thoughts so deep and far to hold myself together.

I am a thinker,
I am acting upon my will this day and forward.

I am moving,
Yes I am afraid as anyone else with their own.

But if you sit back and do nothing then you have failed yourself and will to act,
You have the will to do things in your life no matter what anyone says.

You are who you are and you cannot change if someone wants you to,
Because you must be willing to change yourself first.

I am not your friend or foe,
I speak words of truth and nothing more.

You may think words mean nothing,
But they mean so much more in forms of how they are said.

Being old is not wisdom,
Nor is being young.

The experience that one fore takes is,
And giving advice is wisdom upon experience no matter what age.

It is the will of you to take action upon advice,
As it is the will of you to control where life can take you upon many open paths.

The hard work I now see, with your push,
Has brought me where I need to go and be.

I am so much more today,
Than yesterday.

No it is not confidence,
It is the cherishment of the little things in life that have meaning.

Like the beauty of snow,
Or that touch to the soul from a gentle cold breeze.

Maybe you need that push,
Of how I have been touched.
